Digital Opertations Manager
Responsible for the management and success of the complete customer base from conception, delivery and production support.
Organising the internal teams and point of contact for customers I organised the delivery of ecommerce websites (£40k to £500k) and online business solutions, supporting the development of the business and the satisfaction of the customer.
Portfolio include online marketing, pay per click and SEO solutions as well as the development of a bespoke ecommerce platform and the development of Umbraco ecommerce sites.
- Team management of 20 technical developers delivering bespoke eCommerce solutions.
- Account management and support escalation point for all client and development issues.
- Sole accountability for the project management of all internal and customer projects (up to £150k).
- SCRUM and Waterfall projects – ecommerce on a custom platform (.Net) and Umbraco CMS applications
- SMT member, responsible for the development of the business during a period of 70% growth in revenue.

Royal Brochure site
Windsor Great Park
Working directly with the Crown Estate, Red Hot Penny were commissioned to provide a new approach for their website and included curation of content and imagery.
In collaboration with the head ranger and the head of communications, the team set about creating an engaging and vibrant look and feel that would set a new trend for the estates approach to customer engagement.
As a legally abiding organisation the site had to incorporate many rules and regulations around imagery and content with transparency and fact based reporting being of paramount importance in the brief. Therefore the customer was involved on a daily basis as product owner, helping to guide the agile nature of the delivery and ensuring an acceptable level of quality at every point.
Technically the site is Umbraco based with custom components and front end feature to make the creation of additional and future pages something the client can consider.
The site included a seasonal attribute that allowed the estate to manage content at a sitewide basis, displaying different content and images at different times of the year in alignment with their regular marketing strategy.
Leveraging the CMS capabilities of Umbraco the simple interface allows the business to all contribute and coordinate for events across the estate.

Supporting the global growth of SEKO logistics from its US based into the UK and Europe, RHP helped where engaged to assist in the development of European orientated communications and leverage our experience in ecommerce and multi level integrations to support SEKOs business ambition to become the logistic provider of choice.
In collaboration with branding agencies, the team developed firstly a look that conveyed the reliability and efficiency that was key the businesses ambition to break into the European logistics business.
Coupled with the new brand the business developed an online portal that not only communicated the values and news about the business but also had capability for future language and regional content variation.

Working directly the customer / owner of the business, MOU is a importer / retailer of Italian footwear.
The challenging ask was the guide the customer through the full end to end creation of an online eCommerce solution.
From product photography, content and brand implementation the team developed an engaging show case for the product and an efficient, effective checkout process.
Supporting the customer through this process whilst consulting on marketing strategy and ensuring the technical team delivered to budget and timeline was a challenge with the ultimate satisfaction of true delivered benefit.

As a start up technical business METAKINETIC created technical solutions for ecommerce clients, ultimately committing to developing their own Microsoft technology eCommerce platform, incrementally growing its capabilities and effectiveness to support the ever growing portfolio of clients.
With the explosion in multimedia and social media, technical capability wasn’t enough and so the business diversified, adapting to the requirements and opportunities with their customer base.
Ultimately the revenue focus meant that developing and maintaining your own CMS ecommerce system was not effective and the business pivoted accordingly to maximise potential.
