As a part of a small dedicated team we took a brand new concept and developed it into an award winning product, service and strategy. By assessing the needs of the customer we created a product for recruitment companies that influenced the industry changing the established practices.

- Support of revenue generating recruiter online services. Analysis and definition of issue solutions and new business functionality.
- Pre-Sales activities supporting the definition of bespoke technical solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
- VB and C# programming through visual studio and SQL database development

Unique online products and services for digital resume management. I was responsible for the development of the online user interface and customer communications. Achieving 1.5 million jobseekers CVs within 3 years of conception, 12% of the UK IT workforce and £2 million of venture funding.
TheSkillsMarket offered CV services to the recruitment industry under the brand of iProfile. As a part of a small dedicated team we took the basic idea and developed a winning long term strategic direction for the company. By assessing their needs we created a product for recruitment companies that influenced the industry away from established practices.
I joined in the early stages keen to have some creative and strategic input into a company. The situation required me to take on a diverse number of roles in order to ensure the company’s success. In my core responsibility was to develop the online interface and continually adjust the service to suit the needs of the recruiter and candidate market.

Users can then track job applications and view an activity summary of all interactions with their iProfile, including who has viewed it and how often, as well as comments from recruiters.
